Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Half and half
  • Heavy whipping cream
  • Italian cheese mix
  • Black Peeper, salt, and Italian seasonings
  • Shirmp
  • Fettacheni Noodles (or any noodle)

First I put two tablespoons of olive oil in a pot. Then I added the minced garlic to the olive oil. I then added three quarts of half and half and 9ne quart of whipping cream to the pot. I added the seasoning, and stir frequently so it doesn’t burn. Once it comes to boil add your Italian cheese slowly. I used four 8 ounce packages of Italian cheeses. I let it cook until the cheese melted and it thickens. Usually 30 minutes after it comes to another boil. I cooked the shrimp separately so shrimp so the shrimp cooks all the way through. I used butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasonings to sauté the shrimp. And then I boiled water for the noodles that I boiled in salt. This dinner is an amazing source of protein. The milk, cheese, and shrimp are all proteins. The noodles are carbohydrates. Carbohydrates is your main source of energy going through the day. Proteins are a amino acid that helps repair and/or build your body. This dish is great for athletes who workout everyday. I hope you enjoy this delicious dinner. I know I did.

Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Lemons
  • Seasonings (I used salt, pepper, weber herb and roast)
  • Soy Sauce

First I started cutting my chicken in the way that I want it. The thinner the better because it cooks faster and easy to check to make sure it’s not raw. Next I squeezed the lemon on the chicken and seasoned it. Then put it on the oven on a pan. Then I squeezed a little more lemon. It depends on how much lemon flavor you want on it. I flipped the chicken over and squirted the spy sauce on the other side of the chicken. Then I took it off the pan and squeezed more lemon. If your wondering how much lemons your going to need I used 2 lemons for 5 chicken pieces. But it really does depend on how much lemon flavor you want your chicken to taste. For sides I whipped up some instant potatos, but some sweet potato chips would go good with this meal. This lunch is a great source of protein and vitamin C. The chicken has a lot of protein in it, and the lemons contain a high source of vitamin C. I hope you enjoy this amazing, great dish.

Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato
  • Melted Butter
  • Seasonings (the seasoning I used were extra fancy garlic pepper, weber roasted garlic and herb, and slap ya mama)

This snack is healthy and delicious. It’s simple and easy to make. It is a easy prep time and only takes 25 minutes to bake. The sweet Potatoes are a great source of beta-carotene, vitamin c, and potassium. It’s a good snack for when your trying to lose weight because of the important nutrients.

First thing I did was preheat my oven to 350F. Then I washed the sweet potato, and cut them into chips. Then I melted my butter for 30 seconds, and sprayed my pan. I put the butter unto the sweet potatoes and layer them unto the pan. I sprinkled my seasoning unto the sweet Potatoes. After that I threw them in the oven and baked them for 25 minutes. I took them out after 25 minutes and enjoyed.
